Position Title: RN Nurse Practice Educator (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Location: Franklin, NH 03235
Pay Rate: $60 – $70/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 5 Days/Week | ~40 Hours
Shift: Day Shift (Variable) | 8 Hours/Day


Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Practice Educator to support high-quality, patient-centered care within a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role focuses on educating, mentoring, and guiding nursing staff while promoting clinical excellence, compliance, and improved resident outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver staff education and training programs

  • Assess competencies and provide coaching, mentorship, and skill development

  • Support nursing staff in delivering effective, individualized patient care

  • Oversee medication administration and clinical procedures

  • Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and best practices

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Educate staff, patients, and families on care standards and safety

  • Maintain accurate records of training, evaluations, and improvements

  • Promote infection control, patient safety, and quality initiatives

  • Participate in care planning and policy development


Required Qualifications

Education:

  • ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program

  • MSN – Preferred

Licensure & Certifications:

  • Active RN License – Required

  • BLS Certification – Required

  • ACLS – Preferred

  • NPD-BC (Nurse Educator Certification) – Preferred

  • COVID-19 Vaccination – Required

Experience:

  • New Graduates Welcome (Training Provided)

  • 1+ year of nursing experience – Preferred

  • SNF or Long-Term Care experience – Preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
