Position Title: RN Nurse Practice Educator (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Location: Franklin, NH 03235
Pay Rate: $60 – $70/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 5 Days/Week | ~40 Hours
Shift: Day Shift (Variable) | 8 Hours/Day
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Practice Educator to support high-quality, patient-centered care within a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role focuses on educating, mentoring, and guiding nursing staff while promoting clinical excellence, compliance, and improved resident outcomes.
Develop and deliver staff education and training programs
Assess competencies and provide coaching, mentorship, and skill development
Support nursing staff in delivering effective, individualized patient care
Oversee medication administration and clinical procedures
Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and best practices
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Educate staff, patients, and families on care standards and safety
Maintain accurate records of training, evaluations, and improvements
Promote infection control, patient safety, and quality initiatives
Participate in care planning and policy development
Education:
ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
MSN – Preferred
Licensure & Certifications:
Active RN License – Required
BLS Certification – Required
ACLS – Preferred
NPD-BC (Nurse Educator Certification) – Preferred
COVID-19 Vaccination – Required
Experience:
New Graduates Welcome (Training Provided)
1+ year of nursing experience – Preferred
SNF or Long-Term Care experience – Preferred
Strong clinical and teaching abilities
Knowledge of geriatric and long-term care practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with focus on quality and compliance
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
