Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, deliverables, and timelines.
Translate policy and operational requirements into actionable tasks.
Maintain project artifacts: RACI matrices, RAID logs (risks/assumptions/issues/decisions), action trackers, and status reports.

Coordinate across program offices, county partners, providers, managed care organizations, and other stakeholders.
Support external coordination with federal agencies or partners as needed.
Assist with change management: communications planning, stakeholder mapping, training readiness, and launch/stabilization checklists.

Coach junior PMs and independently drive complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years leading large, multi-workstream initiatives with external partners and executive visibility.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills, able to facilitate productive meetings and drive decisions to closure.
Proficiency in project management tools: workplans, RAID logs, RACI matrices, change control, and decision/action tracking.
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and maintain momentum across competing priorities.
