Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Weeks Contract

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM)

• Day Shift

Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Position Overview

A healthcare organization in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care in a clinical or long-term care setting.

This role is open to new graduates as well as candidates with less than 1 year of experience, making it an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress and outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

• Participate in shift reports and care coordination activities.

• Support staff training and development initiatives as needed.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License

• CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care

• Exposure to geriatric patient care is a plus
