Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Hood River & Pendleton, Oregon
Shift: 12-hour shifts (Days / Nights / Variable)
Duration: 8–13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Pay Rate: $35 - $38/hour
Job Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care in Long-Term Care (LTC) / Nursing Home facilities. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment while making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
Monitor and document vital signs and medical information
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Adhere to healthcare regulations and facility policies
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in Oregon (or compact license if applicable)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care or Nursing Home settings preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights
Compassionate and patient-focused approach
