CT/MRI Technologist – Diagnostic Imaging

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 annually
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and versatile CT/MRI Technologist to join a dynamic Diagnostic Imaging team. This full-time role involves performing advanced imaging procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, image quality, and compassionate care.
The ideal candidate will have strong multi-modality experience, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Perform CT and MRI imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols
Apply advanced knowledge of radiographic procedures, including:
X-ray
Fluoroscopy
C-arm
OR imaging
Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards (ALARA principles)
Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment per manufacturer guidelines
Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and charge capture in EHR systems
Educate patients on procedures to promote comfort and cooperation
Support cross-modality imaging and assist with scheduling, call, and overtime as needed
Train and mentor imaging staff when required
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness
Assist with patient transport, clerical duties, and workflow coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
Uphold strict patient confidentiality and infection control practices
Education
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
Certifications & Licensure
ARRT (R) – Radiologic Technologist
ARRT (CT) – Computed Tomography
ARRT (MRI) – Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Active State License (if applicable)
BLS (Basic Life Support) – required within 90 days of hire
1–2+ years of experience in Radiology / CT / MRI
Experience with PACS, RIS/HIS, and EHR systems
Cross-training in additional modalities (e.g., DEXA, Mammography)
Hospital-based Diagnostic Imaging department
Collaborative, team-oriented setting with physicians and clinical staff
Flexible scheduling may be required to meet patient care needs
