Job Title: Principal Consultant / Advisory Consultant

Job Summary

The Principal Consultant / Advisory Consultant provides strategic advisory services to organizations implementing solutions within the Microsoft technology ecosystem. This role focuses on business transformation, solution delivery, and technical consulting.

Responsibilities

• Advise organizations on Microsoft cloud and enterprise technology adoption.
• Lead consulting engagements focused on digital transformation.
• Conduct architecture assessments and recommend modernization strategies.
• Support implementation of Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop roadmaps for cloud migration and modernization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide executive-level technical recommendations.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years consulting experience
• Experience delivering enterprise solutions on Microsoft platforms
• Strong knowledge of:
• Azure
• Microsoft 365
• Power Platform
• .NET technologies
• Experience managing enterprise client engagements

Preferred

• Microsoft certifications
• Experience advising large enterprise organizations
