$27.72 – $33.00/hour (5 years of experience)
$36.30/hour (10 years of experience)
$39.60/hour (15 years of experience)
Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 – Day Shift
$15,000 – Night Shift
Night Differential: $4/hour
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis
A well-established 223-bed acute care hospital serving the surrounding community is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join its patient care team.
The RN will deliver high-quality nursing care in an acute care environment while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Provide direct nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff
Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with clinical standards
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and recovery
Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately
Active Florida RN License or eligible compact RN license
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
BLS Healthcare Provider Certification required
Acute care RN experience required (recent experience preferred)
Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Physical ability to assist patients and handle equipment up to 50 lbs
