Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: $45 – $50 per hour (Based on Experience)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,875
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technician (X-Ray Tech) for a 13-week travel assignment in Ithaca, NY. The selected candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and producing high-quality radiographic images to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by physicians.
Prepare and position patients appropriately for radiologic examinations.
Operate and maintain radiologic imaging equipment.
Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and protocols.
Review images for quality and accuracy prior to physician evaluation.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care.
Follow infection control and safety guidelines within the clinical environment.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
ARRT Certification (Required).
Active State License (if required by the state).
BLS Certification (Preferred or may be required by the facility).
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiologic or X-Ray Technician.
Strong knowledge of radiographic positioning and imaging techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
