Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a skilled nursing facility for an evening shift assignment. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and support the nursing team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities including mobility, repositioning, and personal care
Monitor patients and report any changes in condition to nursing staff
Record patient vitals and observations accurately
Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the shift
Support nurses with routine patient care tasks
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to care protocols
Qualifications:
Active New York State CNA License
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to work evening shifts and collaborate with healthcare teams
