Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Shift Details:
Monday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM)
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM)
Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Lunch: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM)
Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to support both front-office and back-office operations within a healthcare clinic. The ideal candidate will assist with patient care, perform clinical procedures, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and staff.
Support both front-office and back-office clinical operations
Greet and room patients, schedule appointments, and manage phone calls
Record vital signs and assist with patient intake
Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, vaccinations, and point-of-care testing
Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems
Assist providers with clinical procedures as needed
Coordinate with healthcare staff to support efficient patient care
Follow clinic policies and maintain patient confidentiality
2–3 years of Medical Assistant experience (including externship)
Medical Assistant Certification preferred
Phlebotomy / venipuncture experience required
EMR system experience required
BLS or CPR Certification required
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Front-office and back-office support
Phlebotomy / venipuncture

Patient scheduling
Rooming patients
Taking vital signs
