Pay Rate: $26 per hour
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs
Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times
Support nursing staff with patient care tasks as needed
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Document patient care activities according to facility standards
Qualifications:
Required:
Active CNA certification
Ability to work day shifts in a long-term care setting
Preferred:
Previous experience in LTC or skilled nursing facilities
Strong communication and patient care skills
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
