Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Day Shift
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
Pay:
Local: $55 – $60/hr | Weekly: $2,062.50 – $2,250
Travel: $65 – $72/hr (including stipend) | Weekly: $2,437.50 – $2,700
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an exciting job in Sioux Falls, SD.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities
Document patient progress and update treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational/physical therapists
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and techniques
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Qualifications:
Required:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active SLP license in South Dakota or eligibility for licensure
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
Availability to work 4x10 full-time day shifts
Preferred:
Experience in inpatient, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
