Schedule: Evening Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 37.5 Hours per Week
Gross Weekly Pay: $1,550 – $1,600 per week (Based on Experience)
Local Pay Rate: $35 – $37 per hour
Approx. $1,300 – $1,350 per week (Based on Experience)
A healthcare facility in Montour Falls, NY is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN – Long Term Care (LTC) to support its Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) unit. This role involves providing direct nursing care to residents while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and quality care.
The ideal candidate will have recent nursing home experience and the flexibility to support both nursing and basic patient care needs when required.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing environment
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols
Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs and treatment responses
Assist with care coordination and communicate patient status to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Support patient safety and infection control practices
Assist with Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) duties when needed to support patient care operations
Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a nursing home setting
Active LPN/LVN license in New York State
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or equivalent provider
Every other weekend and every other holiday required
No requested time off (RTO) during the assignment
Mandatory lunch break each shift
Excessive tardiness or call-offs may result in early contract termination
