Job Title: Registered Nurse – Oncology
Location: Atlanta, GA 30342
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $52 – $56 per hour
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience
Current AHA BLS certification
Chemotherapy certification required
Experience administering chemotherapy
Job Description:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse to join a busy outpatient Infusion Center in Atlanta, GA. The nurse will provide high-quality care to high-acuity oncology and hematology patients.
Responsibilities:
Administer chemotherapy and other prescribed treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage side effects
Provide patient education on treatment plans, medication, and symptom management
Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and treatment logs
Assist in coordinating patient care, including scheduling and follow-up
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
