"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitative care in an acute care hospital setting. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of therapeutic services for assigned patients, including evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.
The PT will collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans that improve patient mobility, restore functional independence, and support overall recovery.
The facility is a 289-bed acute care medical center recognized for its advanced healthcare technology and commitment to high-quality patient care. The hospital is also recognized as a Primary Stroke Center, Chest Pain Center, and Bariatric Center of Excellence.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized therapy treatment plans
Assess patients’ therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status
Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions within the scope of practice
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy exercises and rehabilitation techniques
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Effectively prioritize caseload and coordinate therapy assignments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (or higher)
Active Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
