Schedule

Full-Time Positions Available

  • Weekend Position – 1 opening

  • Variable Shift – 1 opening

  • Night Shift – 1 opening

Specific schedule details will be discussed during the interview. Weekend coverage may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $33.00 – $54.45 per hour (based on experience)

Applicable for:

  • Experienced Registered Nurses

  • New Graduate Registered Nurses (less than 1 year of RN experience)

Shift Differentials

  • Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): +$3.30/hr

  • Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM): +$6.00/hr

  • Weekend Differential: +$10.00/hr

  • Holiday Differential: 50% added to base pay

  • Specialty Differential (ER, ICU, OR): +$2.00/hr

Shift differentials may be combined when applicable.

Relocation Assistance (2-Year Commitment)

  • 50–250 Miles: $2,500

  • 251–500 Miles: $5,000

  • 501+ Miles: $10,000

Paid-in-Lieu-of-Benefits (PLB) Differential

  • Full-Time: +30% added to base hourly rate

  • Part-Time: +20% added to base hourly rate

PLB employees receive higher hourly pay in place of traditional benefits. They remain eligible for shift differentials and performance-based awards but do not accrue PTO or participate in the standard benefits program.

Position Overview

A healthcare facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. The RN will assess, triage, and treat patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emergency nursing care to patients with acute and critical conditions

  • Perform rapid patient assessments and triage according to emergency protocols

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition

  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system

  • Follow hospital safety policies and clinical guidelines

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a high-pressure environment

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Nursing Diploma or

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) from an accredited nursing program

Preferred

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

Licensure & Certifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of North Carolina

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
