Schedule:
Full-Time • Float Pool
Available Shifts:
Variable Shift (schedule discussed during interview) – 7 openings
Day Shift (schedule discussed during interview) – 3 openings
Pay Range:
$33.00 – $54.45 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $3.30/hr
Night Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM): $6.00/hr
Weekend Differential: $10.00/hr
Holiday Differential: 50% added to base pay
Specialty Differential (OR, ER, ICU): $2.00/hr
Shift differentials may be combined when applicable.
Additional Incentives:
Relocation assistance available based on distance
Commitment and retention bonuses available for eligible RNs
Paid-in-Lieu-of-Benefits (PLB) option available with additional hourly compensation in place of traditional benefits
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurses for a Staffing Pool (Float Pool) role supporting multiple inpatient units. Float nurses provide flexible clinical coverage where patient care needs are highest and must be comfortable adapting to different departments while maintaining excellent patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care across multiple inpatient units
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
Maintain accurate electronic medical records
Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical standards
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN)
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
Licensure & Certifications:
Active RN license in North Carolina
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or ARC)
