Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT)
Location: Arlington, TX
Duration: 15 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift – 8 Hours (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $40 – $48 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) to join a busy outpatient cardiology clinic. The technologist will be responsible for performing nuclear stress tests, PET/CT stress tests, and routine nuclear medicine imaging procedures while ensuring accurate diagnostic results and excellent patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Perform nuclear medicine procedures including 8–10 nuclear stress tests and approximately 5 PET/CT stress tests per day.
Prepare and position patients for nuclear medicine imaging according to cardiology protocols.
Ensure high-quality image acquisition and maintain strict quality control standards.
Support daily clinic workflow and assist with patient scheduling and coordination.
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot nuclear medicine equipment and radiopharmaceuticals.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver efficient patient care.
Follow all clinic policies, safety standards, radiation safety guidelines, and infection control procedures.
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine program.
CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certification required; ARRT accepted.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an outpatient nuclear medicine or cardiology clinic setting.
Experience performing nuclear stress testing and PET/CT imaging.
Strong technical skills, patient care abilities, and effective communication skills.
