Available Shifts: Mixed (rotating weekends) or Nights (rotating weekends)
Hourly Pay: $30.60 – $45.90 (based on experience)
Mid-point (10 years): $38.25
Max (15+ years): $45.90
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for Night Shift | $10,000 for Day/Mixed Shift
Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr for Nights
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis
As an ER RN, you will deliver life-saving, patient-centered care in a high-acuity environment. Using the "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage" model, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide rapid interventions and compassionate support to patients and families.
Rapid Assessment: Continuously assess patient pain and medical status, providing timely interventions and reassessments
Emergency Procedures: Perform critical monitoring and procedures as ordered, documenting thoroughly in a fast-paced setting
Patient Advocacy: Respond promptly to patient needs and proactively resolve concerns
Education: Communicate complex medical information in a clear, supportive manner to patients and families
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
Licensure: Valid Florida RN license or ability to obtain one promptly
Certifications (within 30 days of hire):
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
BLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
