Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Lunch: 1:00–1:30 PM)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
A healthcare organization in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to support both front-office and back-office clinical operations. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can assist with patient care, administrative duties, and clinical procedures in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Greet and room patients in a professional and compassionate manner
Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls
Record patient vitals and medical histories
Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture procedures
Administer vaccines and assist with point-of-care (POC) testing
Conduct EKGs as required
Provide clinical and administrative support across front and back office functions
Maintain accurate documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Collaborate effectively with providers and center staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship)
Medical Assistant Certification strongly preferred
Occupational Health experience strongly preferred
Proven experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture
Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Strong attention to detail and effective patient communication skills
Solid computer proficiency
Front and back office experience
Phlebotomy
EKG
Point-of-care (POC) testing
Scheduling and appointment coordination
Patient rooming and vital sign collection
BLS or CPR certification
