Job Title: Catheterization Laboratory Technician (Cardiac Cath Lab Tech)
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $70 – $76 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technician to support a high-performing cardiovascular team. In this role, you will assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality clinical outcomes.
Assist cardiologists during cardiac catheterization procedures, including angiography and angioplasty.
Prepare and maintain sterile fields and ensure proper setup of cath lab equipment.
Monitor patients’ vital signs and clinical status during and after procedures.
Operate and maintain catheterization lab equipment, ensuring functionality and readiness.
Document procedural details accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide patient education regarding procedures, pre- and post-procedure care, and recovery expectations.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members.
Certification in Cardiac Catheterization Technology or related specialty.
Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, hemodynamics, and interventional procedures.
Minimum 1–2 years of recent Cath Lab experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Valid Cardiac Catheterization certification (RCIS or equivalent preferred).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
