Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech – General)
Location: Arlington, TX
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday | 8 or 10-hour shifts with rotating call
Pay Rate: $60 – $65 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech) to support minimally invasive, image-guided procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in interventional radiology and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Assist physicians with interventional radiology procedures including angiograms, biopsies, stent placements, and other vascular and non-vascular interventions.
Operate imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy and other radiologic systems to guide procedures accurately.
Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
Monitor patients throughout procedures and assist with post-procedure care.
Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control protocols.
Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Minimum 1–2 years of recent Interventional Radiology experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of radiologic imaging techniques and fluoroscopic procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
ARRT (Radiography) Certification required.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
State licensure (if applicable).
