Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN)

Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 1:45 PM
Shift: Day Shift (8 Hours)
Pay Rate: $20 – $28 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians.
Provide direct patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
Accurately document patient histories, symptoms, treatments, and care plans.
Monitor and record patient progress, reporting any changes in condition to the appropriate medical staff.
Assist physicians and RNs with treatments and medical procedures as required.
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and facility standards.
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience required.
Strong clinical and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to deliver compassionate and professional care in a team-oriented environment.
Active and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Texas.
