Senior Data Engineer
Location: New York, NY

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a dynamic technology team supporting enterprise data platforms and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in modern data engineering tools, cloud-based data platforms, and end-to-end SDLC processes.
Analyze and interpret technical specifications and business requirements
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define data solutions
Design, develop, and maintain applications using:
Python
SQL Server
Snowflake
Azure Databricks
Architect and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows
Develop and maintain data models and schemas for integration and analytics
Implement data validation and quality control mechanisms
Execute Unit Testing (UT) and support System Integration Testing (SIT)
Partner with business teams to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide production support, monitoring, and ongoing platform maintenance
Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management
12+ years of IT industry experience
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working within Agile and SDLC frameworks
Proven design and architecture experience
Experience working in global delivery models (onshore/offshore/nearshore)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated team player capable of working with minimal supervision
