Location: Falmouth, MA 02540
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $55 – $60 per hour


Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to adult and pediatric patients. The PT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to restore function and prevent disability.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and create measurable treatment goals

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Perform muscle, nerve, joint, and functional assessments

  • Modify treatment plans based on patient progress

  • Document patient care accurately and timely

  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs

  • Communicate with interdisciplinary healthcare team

  • Supervise PTAs, aides, and students as needed

  • Maintain compliance with policies, safety, and quality standards

  • Participate in meetings and continuing education


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (accredited program)

  • Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license

  • Current BLS certification

  • Strong communication skills


Preferred

  • Specialist Certification

  • Experience serving as a clinical resource in a specialty area
