Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)
Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30046
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Shift: Day Shift | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)
Compensation:
Travel: $53 – $58 per hour
Note: No local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will be considered.
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Lawrenceville, GA. This role requires a highly skilled RN with strong experience in Neuro and Orthopedic surgical procedures. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, experienced in fast-paced surgical environments, and comfortable supporting robotic-assisted cases when needed.
Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting
Circulate and/or scrub for Neuro and Orthopedic surgical procedures
Assist with robotic-assisted surgeries as required
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical teams
Ensure adherence to sterile technique and patient safety protocols
Accurately document patient care in accordance with facility standards
Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience within specialty
Strong experience in Neuro and Orthopedic surgery (required)
Experience with robotic-assisted procedures preferred
Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required
Experienced travelers must be versatile and adaptable
