Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Location: Woodsville, NH 03785
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 4x10-Hour Shifts

Compensation:

• Up to $2,100 Gross Weekly (Local Candidates)

• Up to $2,500 Gross Weekly (Travelers)

Position Overview:

A community-based healthcare facility in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and perform a wide range of laboratory procedures while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing procedures in accordance with established protocols

• Ensure patient safety and minimize medical/healthcare errors

• Verify questionable results or samples and repeat procedures as necessary

• Function in all areas of the clinical laboratory, including:

  • Blood Bank

  • Chemistry

  • Hematology

  • Microbiology

  • Serology/Immunology

  • Urinalysis

  • Phlebotomy

• Perform routine phlebotomy services as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality control standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 Years of Laboratory Experience Preferred (Ability to Function Independently Required)

• Phlebotomy Course Completion or Relevant Phlebotomy Experience

Education & Licensure:

• MLT Certification Required

• BLS (American Heart Association) – Preferred
