Job Title: Travel Registered Dietitian (50-Mile Radius Rule)
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts (Flexible Start Time between 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM; 8.5-hour shift with 30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $2,000 – $2,310 Weekly Gross (Based on Experience)
A respected healthcare system in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Dietitian with strong clinical expertise. The Registered Dietitian will provide comprehensive nutrition care within an acute care and/or long-term care setting.
The Dietitian will have a designated home base facility but may be required to float to affiliated campuses within the health system as needed.
Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients in acute and/or long-term care settings
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for a variety of clinical conditions
Monitor lab values, weight trends, and overall nutritional status
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on therapeutic diets and disease management
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
Active Florida Dietitian License required
Minimum 2+ years of Clinical Dietitian Experience required
Recent clinical experience in hospital and/or LTC setting required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to float to multiple campuses within the health system
