Job Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Houston, TX 77030
Duration: 12 Weeks (Contract)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM | 3 Days per Week (Varied Days)
Pay Rate: $65 – $68 per Hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to perform high-quality Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment. The technologist will produce detailed, three-dimensional images of tissues, organs, and other body structures to assist radiologists in diagnosing and treating patients.
Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety standards
Ensure accurate patient positioning and image acquisition
Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications
Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions
Maintain equipment functionality and report technical issues as needed
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
Active ARRT (MR) certification
Active state licensure (if applicable)
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1–2 years of MRI experience preferred
Strong knowledge of MRI safety standards and imaging protocols
Excellent communication and patient care skills
