Job Title: Client Service Manager – IT Workforce Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused professional to join our expanding IT Workforce Solutions team in Central New Jersey. This role combines client account management with proactive business development, providing hands-on experience in consultative sales, enterprise account growth, and strategic client engagement.

This opportunity is ideal for ambitious Business graduates or MBA candidates looking to build a long-term career in sales, client strategy, and revenue generation within the IT staffing industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership growth

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand service offerings within current accounts

  • Drive new business through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking

  • Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver high-quality IT talent solutions

  • Schedule and lead client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and actively manage sales pipeline activity

  • Consistently achieve defined revenue targets and performance KPIs


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset

  • Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition

  • Prior sales, internship, or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)

  • Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey
