Job Title: Associate Account Manager / Account Manager – IT Workforce Solutions
Location: Central New Jersey (Onsite)
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our expanding IT Workforce Solutions team in Central New Jersey. This hybrid role combines client account management with proactive business development, providing a strong foundation for a long-term career in sales, client strategy, and revenue growth.
This opportunity is ideal for ambitious Business graduates or MBA candidates who want hands-on exposure to consultative selling, enterprise account expansion, and client engagement within the IT staffing industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account penetration
Generate new business through outbound calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking
Understand client hiring needs and collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver high-quality IT talent solutions
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate CRM records and actively manage pipeline activity
Work consistently toward defined revenue targets and performance KPIs
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset
Interest in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and client acquisition
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)
Must be based in or willing to work onsite in Central New Jersey
Clearly defined KPIs and performance expectations
