Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Technologist
Location: New York, NY 10029
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Shift: Nights – 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Pay Rate: $55 – $60 per hour
Assignment Type: Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform routine and complex testing in a hospital laboratory setting. The ideal candidate has experience in chemistry and hematology and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Perform laboratory testing in Chemistry and Hematology
Review and verify test results for accuracy
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
Follow safety and regulatory guidelines
Enter and document results in the Laboratory Information System
Work closely with healthcare teams to support patient care
Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience
Associate’s Degree in Laboratory Technology (accredited program)
Valid New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license (NYSED)
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
BLS certification
Prior hospital laboratory experience
