Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strong Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide 1:1 support for a male high school student exhibiting significant behaviors and aggression. The ideal candidate must be confident, consistent, and skilled in behavior intervention strategies within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support in a high school environment
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity
• Collect and document behavioral data
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and support teams
• Maintain a safe and structured environment for the student

Requirements

• Active Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) Certification
• Previous experience supporting students with severe behaviors and aggression required
• Strong behavior management and de-escalation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• School-based experience preferred
