Position Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive (Corporate Recruiter) to join our growing team in Vadodara. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting strategic hiring initiatives across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other creative channels

  • Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Negotiate compensation packages and support onboarding documentation

  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining high-quality hiring standards


Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment

  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and the complete recruitment lifecycle

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and major job portals

  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for corporate, IT, healthcare, or professional services roles

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Ability to work independently during night or flexible shifts
