A residential care organization is seeking a compassionate and dependable QMAP-certified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care and medication support in a group home setting. This role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities while ensuring safe and compliant medication administration per Colorado state regulations.
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
Administer medications as a Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) following state and organizational guidelines
Observe residents for changes in physical or mental condition and promptly report concerns to supervisors or nursing staff
Accurately document resident care and medication administration in a timely manner
Assist with meals, hydration, and participation in recreational or therapeutic activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and structured living environment
Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies
Deliver respectful, person-centered, and compassionate care
Active Colorado CNA certification required
Current CPR/BLS certification required
Experience in group homes, assisted living, or long-term care preferred
Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a care team
