Compensation: $36.43–$51.00/hour (based on experience)

On-Call: Every 3rd week (phone/emergency coverage across PP/AP/L&D)
A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager to oversee a high-performing Women’s Services department within a modern Women’s Center featuring an integrated NICU.
This leadership role is responsible for managing:
19 Labor & Delivery beds
5 OB Emergency Department (OBED) beds
3 Surgical Suites
Lead day-to-day Labor & Delivery operations, staffing, and patient care delivery
Promote evidence-based clinical practices and quality improvement initiatives
Monitor nursing performance and hold team members accountable for outcomes
Oversee patient flow including admissions, discharges, and interdisciplinary coordination
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies and procedures
Drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development
Support departmental and organizational strategic objectives
Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery leadership experience (within the past year required)
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required; BSN preferred
Active Texas RN license or Compact eligibility required
Acute care Labor & Delivery management experience strongly preferred
