Job Title: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Laurens, SC 29360
Job Type: Contract | 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $48 – $51/hour
Schedule:
Day Shift | 5 × 7.5-hour days (7:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
Hybrid: Up to 1 virtual day per week
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a School-Based SLP to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Caseload averages ~40 students.
Conduct evaluations and develop/implement IEPs
Provide individual and group therapy (articulation, fluency, voice, language, pragmatics)
Monitor progress and adjust goals as needed
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Required:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state license or eligibility
CCC or CFY eligible
Pediatric or school-based experience
Preferred:
Prior school SLP experience
Experience managing 35+ student caseload
Familiarity with IEP systems
