Location: Logansport, IN
Contract Term: 3 Months (Extension Possible)
Shift: Days | Onsite
Hourly Rate: $48/hour (W2)

Schedule Details

• Early shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  (Schedules include rotating Saturdays)

Job Overview

A healthcare-focused organization is looking for a Registered Nurse to deliver occupational health services in an onsite setting. The RN will support employee well-being by providing emergency care, injury treatment, and required medical assessments for new hires.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care for occupational and non-occupational issues
• Perform emergency response and minor treatment services
• Complete post-offer medical screenings
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Follow all safety, compliance, and privacy guidelines
• Assist with additional assigned tasks

Required Credentials

• Registered Nurse (RN) license – Indiana
• License must be active and unrestricted
• Prior occupational health experience preferred
