Job Title: Travel LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Location: Lebanon, NH 03766
Duration: 15 Weeks (High possibility of extension)
Schedule: 3x12s | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (EST)
Compensation: $45 – $50 per hour
A reputable healthcare facility in Lebanon, NH is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 15-week contract assignment with strong extension potential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, accountability, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care in a hospital setting.
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and clinical environments.
Support patients and caregivers with compassion and professionalism.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Completion of an accredited LPN Program.
Active New Hampshire LPN License.
AHA BLS Certification.
Minimum 1 year of recent hospital experience.
Must be comfortable traveling and/or relocating for assignment.
