Pay Rate: $40 – $46 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) for an 8-week assignment. The RN will provide specialized, evidence-based care to neonatal patients while collaborating closely with families and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide culturally competent, age-specific care in a fast-paced NICU environment.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized neonatal care
Provide family-centered, culturally sensitive care
Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal stabilization as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and care teams
Uphold professional standards aligned with the ANA Code of Ethics and state scope of practice
Diploma in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
BLS (American Heart Association)
NRP Certification
Demonstrated ability to provide age-specific and culturally competent care
