We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Engineer to support a large-scale Business Diversity Software implementation. This role partners closely with a Senior Technical Lead, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery, seamless integration, security compliance, and operational stability of the platform.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on technical expertise, cloud architecture experience, and the ability to support a hybrid solution leveraging custom development and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) platforms.
Ensure reliable technology delivery and operational stability of a business diversity software solution
Collaborate with technical leadership and development teams to provide advanced troubleshooting and technical guidance
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues during development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Assist with configuration, customization, and integration of COTS solutions
Design and implement solutions combining custom development and SaaS platforms
Provide hands-on support including writing and reviewing code as needed
Configure SaaS platforms and supporting infrastructure
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures
Build automation pipelines and system integrations
Submit and manage technical requests such as:
Build of Materials (BOM)
Firewall rule updates
Security and infrastructure changes
Partner with internal security teams to ensure compliance throughout the development lifecycle
Ensure adherence to legal, technological, and operational standards
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential technical roadblocks
Work with both technical and business stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and risks
Provide ongoing technical support to internal teams and stakeholders
Maintain a strong understanding of project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Candidates must meet all mandatory requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, technical architecture, or technical leadership roles
Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms, such as:
CRM, workflow, or enterprise service management tools
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language:
Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, or Go
Strong knowledge of cloud-based architectures with hands-on experience using Azure or AWS
Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe preferred)
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as:
Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA
Demonstrated experience building CI/CD automation pipelines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment
Experience analyzing and interpreting business policies and procedures
Ability to document non-functional requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with business diversity, compliance, or government-related systems
Familiarity with business diversity management platforms or similar solutions
