RN Utilization & Care Management – Emergency Dept

Location: Bronx, NY 10461
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10 AM – 6 PM
Unit: Emergency Department

Weekly Gross: $2,779.87

Position Summary
Seeking an RN with strong care management and utilization review experience to support patient flow and safe discharge processes within the Emergency Department.

Key Functions

• Perform utilization management and care coordination
• Support discharge planning and transition services
• Identify barriers impacting patient throughput
• Communicate with care teams and payers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active NY RN license
• Minimum 5 years RN experience
• Experience in UR, care coordination, and discharge planning
• ASN/ADN required
• BLS certification

Preferred

• BSN/MSN
• Case Management certification
