Local Rate: $79/hour
Travel Rate: $100/hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN – Nurse Educator to support inpatient Maternal Child Health (MCH) services. This role will provide clinical education and professional development support across multiple inpatient units, including Labor & Delivery (L&D), NICU, Mother-Baby Unit (MBU), and Pediatrics. The ideal candidate has strong L&D experience and demonstrated ability to educate and support clinical staff in a hospital setting.
Provide clinical education and ongoing support for inpatient MCH units
Support staff education in L&D, NICU, postpartum, and pediatric units
Promote best practices, competency validation, and professional development
Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and education requirements
Active New York State RN License
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience
Strong inpatient clinical background
Ability to educate and support staff across multiple MCH units
AHA BLS Certification
Primary Source Verification of RN license via NYSED
Master’s degree in Education (strongly preferred)
Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program
