Shift Schedule: Variable shifts (8-hour and 16-hour shifts)
Pay Rate: $23/hour
A long-term care facility in Fertile, Minnesota is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a long-term care setting. This role offers flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and a supportive clinical environment focused on quality resident care.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support resident mobility, transfers, and participation in daily activities
Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being
Follow established care plans, safety standards, and facility protocols
Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and care team members
Active Minnesota CNA certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible and variable shifts, including extended hours
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Reliable and team-oriented work ethic
