Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Night Shift
Location: Palmer, AK 99645
Schedule & Shift: Variable Night Shifts (12-hour shifts)
Weekly Hours: 36 hours
Pay Rate: $27/hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide overnight care and support in a long-term care setting. This role focuses on ensuring resident safety, comfort, and continuity of care during night hours while supporting the nursing team.
Provide attentive resident care during overnight shifts
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), repositioning, and mobility
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns
Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive nighttime environment
Accurately complete required documentation and shift reports
Active Alaska CNA certification
Previous night shift experience preferred
Reliable, patient-focused, and proactive approach to care
Strong communication and observation skills
