Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Night Shift
Location: Richland Center, WI 53581
Shift & Schedule: Nights (8-hour shifts) | Variable schedule
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Pay Rate: Up to $26/hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents during night shifts at a long-term care/assisted living facility in Richland Center, Wisconsin. The CNA will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being throughout overnight hours.
Provide compassionate, resident-focused care during night shifts
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, mobility, and personal care
Monitor residents and promptly report any changes in condition or concerns
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
Collaborate effectively with nursing and care team members to ensure continuity of care
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Wisconsin
Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living settings preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts
