Weekly Hours: Not guaranteed (PRN coverage based on facility needs)
Up to $24/hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide PRN support at a long-term care and rehabilitation facility in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. This role offers flexible scheduling with both day and night shift opportunities, ideal for candidates seeking variable hours.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and meals
Provide safe, respectful, and compassionate care during assigned shifts
Observe residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to support quality resident care
Adhere to all facility policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
Active Wisconsin CNA certification
Availability to work both day and night shifts as needed
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Dependable, patient-focused, and professional demeanor
