Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (Evening Shifts)

Schedule & Shift: Variable Evening Shifts (8-hour and 16-hour options)
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Pay Rate: Up to $27/hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment in Ellensburg, WA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, resident-centered care, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for long-term care patients.
Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team
Ensure resident dignity, comfort, and safety at all times
Work flexible evening shifts, including 8-hour and 16-hour rotations
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and care standards
Active Washington State CNA certification
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
