We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to support Workday integration testing activities across the implementation lifecycle. This role focuses heavily on data validation, integration execution, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and implementation partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong Workday data and integration testing experience, advanced spreadsheet skills, and a solid understanding of HR processes and terminology.
Support Workday integration testing throughout all phases of implementation
Update, stage, and validate data records in Workday for testing purposes
Run, monitor, and troubleshoot inbound and outbound Workday integrations
Execute integration test scripts and document results, defects, and resolutions
Validate data accuracy between source systems and Workday
Develop and maintain advanced Google Sheets for testing and reconciliation, including:
Pivot tables
VLOOKUPs
Complex formulas
Create and customize Workday reports to support testing and data reconciliation
Collaborate with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to resolve data and integration issues
Support integrations related to:
Benefits administration
401(k)
Arrears processing
Retroactive file processing
Hands-on experience with Workday data management and integration testing
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas)
General understanding of Workday integrations, execution, and troubleshooting
HR background with understanding of:
HR terminology
