Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
A healthcare organization is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry – Information Technology professional to support laboratory operations during a major system go-live. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance during the implementation of a new laboratory information system.
Validate microbiology and serology data during system implementation
Accurately enter, review, and verify laboratory results in enterprise systems
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies
Collaborate with laboratory and IT teams to ensure data accuracy
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and system data
Perform routine data audits and quality assurance checks
Work independently while meeting established deadlines
High School Diploma or GED
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior data entry experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
Experience with laboratory information systems
Familiarity with EPIC Beaker or similar platforms
